2024 Newport Landing Assessment are OVERDUE!

Thank you if you have already paid on time. 
If you have not, please contact the NLHA to make payment arrangements.

Your Newport Landing assessments pay for trash/recycling service, street lights, common ground maintenance and insurance. 

Any remittance received after February 28, 2024 must include a late fee of $25.00. You can mail your payment to the above address or drop it off at the clubhouse.

The NLHA board is DESPERATELY looking for candidates
to represent our neighborhood.
There are open positions on the NLHA board that need to be filled. 
It is important to the subdivision that our boards stay fully staffed with residents who are willing to devote a small amount of their time to keep Newport Landing a great place to live. If you are interested or have questions about what is involved, please contact us at email@newportlanding.org

 Trash and Recycling
Trash and Recycling Contract with Waste Management.

-1x free monthly bulk pickup 
-3x seasonal yard waste pick up on last Wednesday of April, July, October, Limit of 5 bags/cans
-Includes either a 65 gal or 95 gal Recycling cart at no extra cost (should already have) 
-Includes 1 - 96 gal trash cart at no extra cost
 
-Optional Yard Waste Service 1x per week is $9.95 and the resident is required to set that up themselves for billing. Additional carts available too, at $3.00 per month. Make sure you receive our negotiated rate. 

Also please remember to keep your Carts in your garage or out of site from the front of your home.

Street Lights
The NLHA board of trustees approved having all of the Newport Landing Street Lights converted over to LED lights.  

Reminder – NO Boat, RV, trailer
Boat, RV, trailer owners – If you bring your trailer, boat or RV home please limit parking to 24hrs if it is not parked inside your garage. 

Dog Doo!
PLEASE remember to take along a plastic bag with you when you walk your dog! We have received a number of complaints on the failure of some residents to pick up after one’s dog on another resident’s property.

Newport Landing Bi-monthly Meeting
Call Oaks Landing Clubhouse for 2024 dates.
All Newport Landing residents are encouraged to attend. 
    We will also put the signs on the corners of the Streets before the meetings.

If you have exterior changes that need to be considered, or any other business you do not need to wait for a meeting. You can find helpful Newport Landing information at www.newportlanding.org such as: Association Bylaws, Fencing Policy, Commercial Vehicle Policy, 
and Pond Information and Rules.
